Yes. The format is designed to be friendly and relaxed. Many participants play only a few times a year. Foursomes can play at their own pace, and the focus is on community and the cause rather than scores.
Absolutely. You can register as a team captain and add player names later, or sign up as an individual. Our team will help finalize your group before the event day.
All proceeds after event costs will be donated to the Calgary Centre for Spiritual Living (CCSL) The charity will share how funds are directed—for example, specific programs or families supported—and CCSL will send a short post-event update to everyone who participates.
You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of what you submitted and any next steps. Our team will also get a notification so a real person can follow up if anything needs clarification.
Yes, many local businesses do both. On the sponsor form, you can indicate that you would also like to register a team and we will coordinate the details with you.
A scramble is a team-based format where all players hit their shots, then the team selects the best shot and everyone plays their next shot from that spot. This continues until the ball is holed.
A mulligan is a do-over shot. Mulligans are available for $5.00 each, with a maximum of four per player. Payment is cash only. Mulligans cannot be used on skill holes.
Both options are available. Individual players are often grouped into teams by the organizers. However, if you wish to play with a certain individual, tell us their name and we will do our best to put you on the same team.
Bring your clubs, golf balls, tees, appropriate attire, sunscreen, and a positive attitude!
Men are required to wear collared shirts. Women may wear sleeveless collared shirts or sleeved shirts without collars. Jeans, sweatpants, cut-offs, tank tops, hoodies and clothing with offensive language or designs are strictly prohibited.
Tournaments are usually played rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. Inglewood will communicate any delays or cancellations.
If play is cancelled, breakfast and lunch will still be served, and prizes will be distributed after lunch
